Present communication is about the occurrence of ocular setariosis and its management in a buffalo. A non-descriptive 7 year old buffalo with progressive corneal opacity was presented to the health camp. Clinical examination of the buffalo revealed a thread like worm inside the anterior chamber of the left eye. The parasite was successfully aspirated with syringe and treated. The buffalo was free from corneal opacity after 4 weeks of therapy.
